Every wholesale and custom jewellery consignment passes through an auditable six-stage manufacturing route designed to prevent structural porosity, stone dislodgement, and finish degradation:
- Stage 1: Design Engineering & 3D CAM Modelling: Conceptual designs are rendered into microscopic 3D CAD models, calculating metal wall thickness, prong tolerances, and weight distribution.
- Stage 2: High-Precision Mould Tooling: Master brass dies are carved and vulcanized into high-tear silicone moulds capable of reproducing razor-sharp filigree lines across thousands of casting cycles.
- Stage 3: Centrifugal Vacuum Casting: Virgin brass eco-alloys are melted at controlled induction temperatures and injected into vacuum centrifugal chambers for porosity-free solid castings.

- Stage 5: Electroplating & Electrophoretic Coating: Pieces undergo ultrasonic cleaning before automated immersion in micro-gold or rhodium baths, followed by baked anti-tarnish protective lacquer.
